I need help I'm with someone who does not understand how they hurt why can't I leave?

he watches porn behind my back and does not have sex with me and when i try to tell him jow much he hurts me he says that he don;t want to talk about it .. and gets angery and blows up.. hes mad me so hurt and i feel so insecure about my body and other feel like i have to worry about every women that is around me and its driving me crazy and i don't know what to do . he spends money that we don;t have and I don;t know why its so hard to leave when i feel sooooo sh**** all the time and cry every day over it i'm so stupid and don;t know why .. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVISE PLEASE ... HOW DO I GET OUT WHEN IT HURTS SO BAD??? PLEASE HELP ME??
