Youre not ugly! Youre very pretty! Maybe if you feel insecure, you should maybe shape those eyebrows, put on some lippy and bring out your favorite features:) And your hairs a lush colour, maybe try having it down and straitening it? Experiment, see what you like best! The time will come when someone asks you out, you only look very young. And remember, its about the personality not the looks. :)
