I have always had a little bit of fat around my mid section. It's not directly on my stomach, it's like, my lower abs, It's really annoying and I hate it! Please, without any kind of pill or diet, tell me how to loose my flab! I feel so insecure wearing swimsuits and tank tops, I need some exercises to help that area. I weigh 130 lbs and in 5'5 so am I overweight? Do I need to lose weight? Please Help!!
